CEMENT FIBRE BOARD PANELS
Roof Panel :
Roof panels are made out of 75mm thick sandwich panel consisting of two layers of GI Sheets (0.63mm thick)
and in between 75mm thick expanded polystyrene (thermocole of 18kg density) The GI sheets are bonded with
imported resins and then texture coated. The panels are formed with interlocking system and sealants. The
roof gives a very smooth and lintered look.The roof being single/ double slope will remain 100% leak proof.
ALTERNATE
Roof Is Made Of 0.63mm thick corrugated GI Sheet of 0.5mm thick pre-painted steel sheet laid over a frame
Work consisting of trusses, purling and columns using rectangular hollow section of required size. The
columns will be welded with 5mm thick ms plates and shall be fixed through foundation bolts. False ceiling is
Required .
Wall Panel :
Walls are made out of 50mm thick insulated panels. The exterior and internal cladding of the panel is cement
Fiber Board or BWP marine ply board. Thermocole is used in between both claddings for insulation.
Floor Material :
Made out of grid mounted floor platform of ms hollow rectangular tube sections of size 50x25mm or 35x35mm
conforming to IS:4929-1979. The frame work has a grid size of 600x600mm above grid BWP marine grade ply
board (as par IS:303-1989) or cement fiber board of 16mm is screwed with self-tapping Hilt screws. The entire
structure is raised above ground by 6” to 8” or more using ISMB or ISMC steel supports.
ALTERNATE (Pucca Cement Platform)
Cement concrete platform (Pucca Floor) made out of standard civil procedure (1:2:4) cement, coarse sand and
20mm aggregate can also be provided to support wall panels using ‘C’ or ‘Z’ GI channels. The platform can be
raised to desired height from ground level.
False Ceiling :
False ceiling is made out of gypsum, cement fiber board or insulated panels depending on size and use.
Door(s) :
Generally exterior grade flush doors of size 7’x3’ and 30mm thick are provided. However, a wide range of
PVC, powder coated aluminum/ glass or architectural doors can be provided of different thickness and sizes.
Window (s) :
Generally ms pressed steel windows are provided. However, designer windows of powder coated aluminum,
PVC or wood as per specific requirement of different sizes, fixed, sliding or with shutters or grills, mosquito
nets can also be provided.
Paint :
Waterproof, fire-resistant polymer texture coating is applied on exterior panels. Interior are coated with oil
bound acrylic distemper.
Sun/ Rain Shade
Specially designed Sun/ Rain shade made out of Steel Pipes. FRP/ Polycarbonate are fixed on Doors &
Windows to make them rain proof.
